You will be notified on your mobile phone of any credit or debit transaction of $50 or more (in the currency of the account) such as payroll deposits, mortgage payments, pre-authorized debits or debit card purchases.

It will take up to 2 business days for you to start receiving TEXT ALERTS after your request for registration is received.
It will take up to 5 business days to de-register or stop receiving TEXT ALERTS after your request for de-registration is received.
There is NO charge for our TEXT ALERTS service effective June 2013.
ICICI Bank Canada will not be responsible for charges levied by your mobile phone provider/carrier in connection with the TEXT ALERTS service.
You will receive TEXT ALERTS from 42424 (ICICI).
The information in TEXT ALERTS includes:
- Last 3 digits of your account number
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Transaction remarks
- Available balance after the transaction has occurred

TEXT ALERTS are available for our HiVALUE Chequing Account, HiVALUE PLUS Chequing Account, HiSAVE Savings Account, Premium Savings Account, RSP Savings Account and Tax-Free Savings Account, in Canadian and US Dollars.
TEXT ALERTS will be generated for the following transactions:

You will receive instant text messages on your mobile phone when the transactions are processed in your designated ICICI Bank Canada account(s).
You will only receive TEXT ALERTS if your mobile phone belongs to any one of the carriers listed below:

You can register only one mobile phone number per service registration. This will apply to all individual accounts in your name. For Retirement Savings Plans, only the annuitant may register for this service.
Only one mobile phone number belonging to any one of the joint account holders can be registered for TEXT ALERTS.
You have to de-register for TEXT ALERTS for your old mobile phone number and then register for TEXT ALERTS for your new mobile phone number.
